The Brett Whiteley Studio is scheduled to reopen to the public on Friday, July 24, 2026. This reopening marks the return of public access to the artist's former workspace in Sydney.

Concurrently, the Art Gallery of New South Wales (AGNSW) will present Brett Whiteley: Coming Home, an exhibition focusing on the iconic Australian artist. The show will feature a selection of Whiteley's paintings, representing his significant contribution to modern Australian art.

The Brett Whiteley Studio operates as a dedicated museum preserving the artist's environment and offering insight into his practice. Both the studio and the AGNSW exhibition collectively underscore Whiteley's enduring legacy within the art world.
