Bassem Dahdouh, Isolation (2024) sold for $51,900 (GBP38,400), more than one and a half times the low estimate at Bonhams in London on February 26. The acrylic and charcoal on canvas work has not been traded before.

The sale beat the artist’s previous auction record by $6,241, a 13% rise.
