Badri Narayan, Still Life (Undated) sold for $204,000 (GBP152,400), more than 12 times the low estimate at Christie's in London on June 11. The oil on canvas work has been traded twice in the past.

The sale beat the artist’s previous auction record by $58,100, a 39% rise.
