Aya Takano, Land of Sodom and Gomorrah (2006), sold for $65,900 (HKD516,000), more than the low estimate at Phillips in Hong Kong on March 29.
The sale was below the previous auction result by $143,900, realizing a 68% negative return. It last sold at auction in 2022 for $209,800 at Christie's.
