Nahui Olin, Apoteosis del General Manuel Mondragón (1922) sold for $317,500, more than ten times the low estimate at Sotheby's in New York on May 16. The oil on board work has been traded once in the past.

The sale beat the artist’s previous auction record by $190,500, a 150% rise.
