Marjorie Strider, Girl with Pink Rose (2014) sold for $180,000, more than nine times the low estimate at Sotheby's, Online on July 16. The acrylic and polyurethane on board work has been traded once in the past.
The sale beat the artist’s previous auction record by $76,300, a 73% rise.
