Kay Walkingstick, Untitled (Landscape). (1964) sold for $32,500, more than three times the low estimate at Swann Galleries in New York on June 6. The Oil on canvas work has not been traded before.
The sale beat the artist’s previous auction record by $7,300, a 28% rise.
