Daniel Crews-chubb, Yasigi and Beast (embrace) (2018) sold for $94,000, more than three and a half times the low estimate at Christie's in London on June 27. The oil, acrylic, ink, spray paint, charcoal, pastel, oil stick, sand, coarse pumice gel and collage on canvas work has been traded once in the past.
The sale beat the artist’s previous auction record by $5,793, a 6% rise.
