Christopher Page, Window Painting, Globe (2019) sold for $50,500, more than two and a half times the low estimate at Phillips in London on April 19. The oil and acrylic on canvas work has been traded once in the past.
The sale beat the artist’s previous auction record by $17,300, a 51% rise.
