Andy Warhol, The Scream (After Munch) (1984), sold for $597,300 (GBP448,000), more than twice the low estimate at Sotheby's in London on March 5.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $168,800, equivalent to an annualized return of 4%. It last sold at auction in 2019 for $428,500 at Sotheby's.
