Andy Warhol Work Sells for $5.77m to Deliver a 2% Annualized Return

Andy Warhol, Four Pink Marilyns (Reversal Series) (1986) sold for $5.77m (GBP4.33m), more than the low estimate at Sotheby's in London on October 16.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $1.26m, equivalent to an annualized return of 2%. It last sold at auction in 2015 for $4.51m at Sotheby's.
