Andy Warhol Work Sells for $1.02m to Deliver a 1% Annualized Return

Andy Warhol, Disquieting Muses (After de Chirico) (1982), sold for $1.02m, more than the low estimate at Sotheby's in Saudi Arabia on January 31.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $197,100, equivalent to an annualized return of 1%. It last sold at auction in 2013 for $818,900 at Sotheby's.
