Andre Brasilier Work Sells for $81,800 to Deliver a 2% Annualized Return

Andre Brasilier, Fênetre sur le parc (1976), sold for $81,800 (HKD640,000), more than the low estimate at Sotheby's Hong Kong in Hong Kong on March 30.

The sale beat the previous auction result for this work by $22,400, equivalent to an annualized return of 2%. It last sold at auction in 2014 for $59,400 at Sotheby's.

Oil on canvas, 146.0 x 114.3cm. The work has been traded twice in the past.
