Anders Zorn, Miss Bertha Dölling (1879) sold for $441,000, more than eight and a half times the low estimate at Christie's in New York on May 20.

The sale was below the previous auction result by $215,500, realizing a 32% negative return. It last sold at auction in 1998 for $656,500 at Bukowskis.
