Winifred Nicholson Work Could Deliver a 36% Negative Return at Auction

Winifred Nicholson, Paris Garden (1933) is due to be sold at Christie's 'Modern British and Irish Art Day Sale' in London on March 20, 2025 with a $38,100 (GBP30,000) to $63,500 estimate.

It last sold at auction in 2010 for $60,100 at Christie's. This is $22,000 more than its new low estimate. If it sells for less than the low estimate on March 20, 2025 it could realize a 36% negative return.
