Ed Sheeran: Cosmic Carpark Editions
HENI is delighted to release Cosmic Carpark Editions - a series of six unique prints by Ed Sheeran. The Cosmic Carpark Editions release offers the public a first opportunity to collect edition prints by Ed Sheeran. Ed Sheeran's share of the profits of the sale will be donated to the Ed Sheeran Foundation, a UK-wide initiative aimed at providing inclusive, high-quality music education for every child.
The editions are Matt Diasec-mounted Giclée prints on aluminium composite panels, each measuring 80 x 80 cm. They are numbered and hand-signed on the label by the artist.
The number of editions will be limited by demand during the drop window, which lasts until 17:00 BST on 1 August.
To coincide with the drop, HENI Primary is releasing original works on canvas by Ed Sheeran. The paintings are available by application from 10 July 2025. Visit HENI Primary.
About Cosmic Carpark Editions
Ed Sheeran’s painting journey began in 2019 after his record-breaking Divide tour ended. Using his spare time to create original artworks, in 2020, he used one of his early creations as the official artwork for his single Afterglow. Skip forward to 2025, the Cosmic Carpark Paintings release offers the public their first chance of collecting his original artworks and edition prints. Inspired by celestial patterns, and in-keeping with his well-documented, expressionist splash painting style, Sheeran painted his debut collection in a disused carpark in London last year in-between the international leg of his Mathematics Tour.
Sheeran originally created the artworks for his nearest and dearest, and used the process as a creative outlet in-between music releases. However, after catching up with his close friends Damien Hirst and Joe Hage, they encouraged Sheeran to put on his own exhibition. Sheeran decided to use it as an opportunity to raise money for his foundation, with all three parties agreeing that it would be a fun and interesting way of showing how art itself can give back to the arts.
Ed Sheeran’s share of the proceeds of sale of each print ($400 USD) is being donated to The Ed Sheeran Foundation (Charity number: 1210404).

PRODUCTION
After the purchase window has ended, we will start production of the artworks. Each work will be signed on the label, and carefully packaged for shipment.
SHIPPING
HENI endeavours to dispatch all the artworks 3 months after the close of the purchase window. Please note that the exact timing is subject to demand, production capacities and potential shipping delays. Customers will be contacted with a tracking number before their work is shipped.

Collectors can store their artworks in the HENI Vault. Our bonded fine art warehouse gives maximum flexibility to collectors by delaying delivery and customs duties until a later date. Should you choose to delay the delivery of your order and store it in the HENI Vault, VAT will not be applied at checkout. To learn more about using the HENI Vault, please read this article.
For timed releases the number of editions ordered in the purchase window will determine the final size of the edition. For example, if 1,000 prints are ordered then the edition will be limited to 1,000. The edition numbers for each of the works are randomly allocated and cannot be chosen.
You can complete you order for Cosmic Carpark Editions on a computer or mobile device. Once payment has been successfully taken, we will send a confirmation email detailing each of the editions you purchased.

Yes, the HENI Vault is available to select at checkout. The HENI Vault, is a storage service which gives flexibility to collectors who don't have immediate space to store their artworks. Our fine art warehouse features a secure, climate-controlled environment in the UK. With its customs-bonded status, the HENI Vault not only ensures the safekeeping of your artworks but also allows the deferral of delivery and customs duties until you decide to withdraw your artworks. Here's how it works:
- After the close purchase window, your artworks will enter production, during which there will be no storage charges.
- 3 months after the close of the purchase window, a monthly subscription fee of $25 per artwork kicks in for using the HENI Vault.
- You have the freedom to withdraw your artworks at any time. A handling and administration charge of $25 per artwork applies upon withdrawal.
You can choose to store your artworks in the HENI Vault during the checkout. You will be asked to complete some security questions which we may ask for in the future. Confirmation of your Vault subscription will be sent by email, along with details on how to withdraw your artwork in the future.
Please note that although VAT is not charged at the time of purchase, when withdrawing an artwork from the Vault, you will be charged VAT on the initial purchase price if you are then shipping that artwork to the UK. You will be contacted by your local customs or shipping regarding paying VAT and any applicable duties if you are shipping your artwork from the Vault to outside of the UK.
Cosmic Carpark Editions are priced in US Dollars and can be purchased using credit and debit cards. Please ensure when submitting your payment details that you enter the correct billing post/zip code information for the payment card you are using.
Cosmic Carpark Editions do not come with a Certificate of Authenticity. The edition numbers for each of the works are randomly allocated and cannot be chosen. This artwork can be hung any way up.
Cosmic Carpark Editions come ready to hang on the wall and do not require framing. The works are fitted with a sub-frame on the reverse, from which they can be hung. You may choose to frame the work, but this is down to personal choice.

HENI aims to dispatch all the artworks within 3 months of the close of the purchase window. Please note that the exact timing is subject to demand, production capacities and potential shipping delays. As soon as your order is ready to dispatch you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information.
To ensure efficient delivery of our editions HENI ships exclusively through our trusted courier partners. Therefore, we are unable to facilitate in-person collection or organise independent shipping.
Cosmic Carpark Editions are shipped from the UK and can be shipped internationally. The prices indicated are exclusive of VAT, delivery charges, insurance or any customs or import duties or local taxes that may be payable. For orders shipping to the UK, Standard Rate VAT will be applied and collected at the time of payment.
If your shipping address is outside the UK, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties and local taxes that may be payable. Where such duties or taxes are payable in respect of any works ordered, HENI does not collect and pay them on your behalf. You are responsible for paying any amounts due directly to the applicable customs authority. HENI is not able to offer any guidance on customs or import duties or local taxes, and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for details.
Should the need arise to change your delivery address, it is possible; however, if you choose to deliver to a different country than initially requested, this could impact the total value of your original order. Please complete and submit the Change of Address Request form and one of our Customer Care advisors will be in touch to confirm.
